MWA are able to prepare estimates and tenders from Drawings/Specification and Bills Of Quantities. 

MWA are able to produce Bills of Quantities from CAD drawings in accordance with all Standard Methods of Measurement and by agreement in accordance with the Clients bespoke method of measurement. 

MWA will attend Site to measure, value and submit Interim Valuations and upon completion of the Project submit and obtain agreement to Final Accounts. 

MWA have a wealth of practical experience and solid contract knowledge which enables us to provide a claims service which we believe is unsurpassed. Whilst we are very appreciative of Client/Contractor relationships we also provide a negotiation service which has proved to be the most cost effective in achieving a successful outcome.
