We made an offer at on the site, and were very much in the same ball park as 3 other bids of “about a million” according to Leaders/Romans, but there was an outlier bid of £1.5m. They think that is out of kilter, and when the purchaser starts digging, they’ll realise they’ve overbid. So we may not be out of it just yet.
